Description:
This session is based on the research of Carol Dweck and higher education faculty across the country.  There are specific learning dispositions (habits, attitudes, behaviors) and mindsets that have proven to be advantageous to new college students. In this interactive session, participants will not only examine these academic mindsets, but also collaborate on how to foster them in various school settings.
